Find out what your business is losing before you spend anything fixing it.
The growth audit is a 30-minute call and a written plan. We look at how enquiries reach you, what happens to the ones you don't answer in time, and how much that is worth in a month. Then we tell you the three things worth fixing first.
- A written summary of where enquiries are being lost
- An estimated monthly cost of those losses, based on your figures
- A ranked 30-day action plan with the highest-return fix first
- A recommended package and a fixed price, or an honest 'you don't need us yet'
Four steps, one call.
No slide deck, no discovery process that takes three weeks. We work from your numbers and give you something you can act on immediately.
- 01
You tell us how work currently arrives
Where enquiries come from, roughly how many, who answers them and what happens next. Ten minutes of conversation, no preparation needed.
- 02
We measure the gap, not the vibe
We check response times, what happens to an enquiry out of hours, how quotes are followed up, and how you appear in search against your closest competitors.
- 03
We put a number on what's leaking
Using your own average customer value, we estimate what missed calls, slow replies and unchased quotes are costing you each month.
- 04
You get a written 30-day plan
Three fixes ranked by return, what each one changes, and what it would cost to have us do it. Yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.
Most owners have never measured this.
Almost every business we speak to can tell you what it spends on marketing. Very few can tell you how many enquiries went unanswered last month, how long the average one waited for a reply, or how many quotes were never chased.
That gap is usually worth more than the entire marketing budget. It's also the cheapest thing to fix, because the demand already exists — you've already paid for it.
The audit exists to put a number on that gap. If the number is small, you should spend your money generating more demand instead, and we'll say so.
What happens next is your call.
Take the plan and do it yourself
The plan is written plainly enough for you or your team to act on. No lock-in, no strings.
Ask us for a fixed proposal
We recommend one package, quote a fixed price, and set out what changes in the first 30, 60 and 90 days.
Do nothing for now
Plenty of businesses audit in January and start in April. The plan doesn't expire and we don't chase.
Choose a time that suits you.
Thirty minutes, by video or phone. Nothing to prepare. You'll have the written plan within two working days of the call.
- No contract offered on the call
- No cost, now or afterwards
- If we're not the right fit, we say so
Before you book.
How long does the growth audit take?
One call of about 30 minutes, plus our own review work beforehand and afterwards. You'll have the written plan within two working days of the call.
Is the growth audit really free?
Yes. There's no fee and no obligation. We do it because roughly a third of the businesses we audit turn into clients, and because the ones that don't still tell people about us.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. It helps if you know roughly how many enquiries you get in a month and what an average customer is worth, but we can estimate both on the call.
Will you try to sell me something on the call?
We'll tell you what we'd do and what it costs, because that's the point of the exercise. There's no pressure to decide on the call and no contract offered during it.
What if the audit shows we don't need you?
Then we say so. It happens, and we'd rather tell you than sell you a package that won't earn its fee back.
Book the audit. Decide afterwards.
Thirty minutes, your numbers, a written plan. If we're not the right fit we'll tell you on the call.
